The Dean’s Scholarship for HMS Master’s Students helps students who need financial support and have shown strong academic performance. It also rewards those who persist, are resilient, and are committed to improving the situation of underserved and underrepresented groups in their field.

  • Incoming students planning to enroll in Fall 2025 are eligible to apply for this scholarship once they are admitted to the program.

  • Continuing students who have not previously applied for this scholarship are eligible.

Harvard University's Committee on General Scholarships

The Committee on General Scholarships (CGS) offers financial support to international students at Harvard. This funding is competitive, meaning many admitted applicants and current students can apply. CGS international fellowships are specific to each country. These fellowships are not available through HMS and need a separate application.
