Here is the basic difference between TOEFL and TOEIC Test Formation 

TOEFL 

TOEFL iBT consists of four sections: Reading (54-72 minutes), Listening(36 minutes), Speaking(16 minutes), and Writing(29 minutes). The total test duration is approximately 3 hours and scoring ranges from 0-120, each section scored from 0-30.  

TOEIC 

TOEIC comprises only two main parts: Reading and Listening which runs for 2 hours plus there are optional Speaking and Writing sections, which take an additional 2 hours to complete. The reading and listening are scored from 10-990, while the optional speaking and writing section are scored from 0-200 

Scoring System 

Here is the basic difference between the TOEFL and TOEIC scoring system 

TOEFL 

TOEFL scores range from 0-120 including 4 sections: Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing each contributing up to 30 points. The scores are available within 6 days and the final score reports are mailed 11 days after giving the test.   

TOEIC 

The TOEIC score for the Listening and Reading section ranges from 10-990 while the optional Reading and Writing sections score ranges from 0-200. You can check the score within a few days after taking the test.
